Executive oversight for quality management, clinical informatics, evidenced based initiatives and clinical education for CSMRH and all managed sites. Provides direction and oversight of the Rehab chart audit process and ensures all regulatory requirements are followed and documentation is complete. Provides direction and executive management to all managed sites.
Bachelor's degree in health services, business, or a related service management area and/or equivalent experience in clinical management required.
Master's degree in related field is preferred.
Three or more years of clinic management leadership in a hospital based rehabilitation services preferred.
Must be computer literate and have strong organizational skills.Preferred candidate will be Occupational therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Registered Nurse
