ASC (4 ORs) under construction in Newport News, Virginia is looking for an experienced ASC Administrator to onboard early and take the lead in final buildout, equipment installation, hiring of staff, EMR selection and implementation, and accreditation. ASC is expected to be operational late 2019.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, nursing or similar. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in administration and healthcare. Previous experience in a surgery center preferred. Strong medical practice management, financial, accounting and billing experience.

Our very busy 6 surgeons are constructing a new, 4 OR ASC to accommodate their outpatient orthopaedic cases and plan to expand with other specialties in the future.
