Under a Registered Nurse�s supervision, LVN provides nursing care for a group of patients, based on matching the patients� needs with the LVN�s competencies. LVN completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.

Experience: LVN in acute care setting is preferred

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State License for Licensed Vocational Nurse

Certifications: BLS
