Summary Under the auspices of the clinical/operations manager, the clinical pharmacist is responsible for assuring the needs of patients are meets. Clinical Pharmacist assures the prompt and accurate delivery of medications and supervises the work of supportive personnel. Reviews patient medication profiles for appropriateness of therapy.
