The BJC ACO team is looking for an organized and detail oriented individual to coordinate the office on-site.
Position details
ACO Mailing(s)à~ 40% of role
Quality + CDI Team- Download call recordings for each employee (auditing purposes)
Onsite Practice Visits-ACO Signage Check
Maintain provider preference list (ensuring clinical pools and provider names are up to date)
Assistance with scheduling of appointments
Submit ServiceNow tickets and coordinating with IT on any IT needs for the department
Submits all tickets for new hires; prepping equipment for new hires; meeting new hires at Mason on Day 2 to provide overview of equipment and hand off equipment to them
Manages Outlook distribution lists via a weekly team roster
Order supplies
Processes, and submits for approval, invoices, and expense reports
Enters PTO requests
Tracks patient fund items + orders new items when needed
Coordinates equipment needs for existing staff (e.g, broken headset) and coordinates/receives equipment from termed EEs
Supports projects + attends meetings (minutes) when needed
Meeting with leaders to review and ensure teams’ channels are up to date and organized
Supports one-off initiatives
Manages any shipping needs of items to EEs, working with FedEx
Schedule
Full-time, M-F 8am-4:30pm—100% In Person

Role Purpose
Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions of the department(s) as assigned. These functions may include, but not be limited to: business, operations, clerical, patient billing and accounting functions, medical records management, reception, and patient scheduling. May supervise other office personnel.
Responsibilities
Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
