DescriptionWe are seeking an Operations Consultant to join our acute rehabilitation team in the East! This position requires 100% travel. (Leave your home base on Monday and return home on Friday every week.) Opportunity to live almost anywhere (in the Central or Eastern Time Zones) near a major airport.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The incumbent shall be responsible for the total operation of the acute rehabilitation program, working directly with the
Area Director of Operations. The incumbent plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that
company and client goals are met. The incumbent has the authority to extend offers of employment and to dismiss
from employment, pending approval from the Area Director of Operations. The incumbent shall also demonstrate
accountability for and contribution to program development, census development, Key Performance Indicator
improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.

Clinicians (RN, PT, OT, SLP) are required.
The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a graduate of a four-year bachelor degree program in a health related or
business field of concentration and/or have current Clinical Licensure (RN, PT, OT, SLP).
A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation
background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary.
Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is desirable. Incumbents must have excellent communication skills and possess the
ability to implement change quickly and effectively.
