The role you’ll contribute:
The RN Nursing Supervisor (nights) is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during his/her assigned shift. In the absence of the Administrator and/or designee, the Clinical Resource Nurse has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-Call. S/he serves as a role model for the mission, vision and values of AdventHealth. S/he uses critical thinking skills and the nursing process to insure optimal patient outcomes. S/he facilitates the tone of the work environment and assures that all personnel are competent, adhere to all policies of the department and organization and adhere to all behavior standards of AdventHealth.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Associate's Degree
- BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
- Kansas Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or obtained within 5 years of employment- preferred
