JOB SUMMARY
Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) is looking for an RN, BSN required, for a regional Nurse Professional Development Generalist (NPD) to cover Cath Lab, EP, IR, and Cardio services. Candidates must have previous experience in Cath Lab or EP, with IR and clinical education experience a plus. For the regional role you will be required to float between Round Rock, Lakeway, and Marble Falls. As an NPD Generalist you will be responsible for: developing all meet & greets, orientation and onboarding for all new hires; auditing the staff to ensure that they are completing all training; developing all educational sessions; as well as creation and development of policy and procedures.
Schedule: Full Time – Days, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Bachelor's
EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
